At Room2Play children are individuals who can find identity, meaning, and purpose in life through the play experience. Room2Play nurtures a sense of wonder and opens the many paths of learning for the evolving child.
Our nurturing and qualified staff makes each class experience enjoyable for all. Class sessions are arranged for age groups 2-4 year-olds (morning sessions) and 5-7 year-olds (afternoon sessions). Join us as we play, learn, and grow at Room2Play!
Summer programs are priced a la carte for non-members, but are included in all Room2Play memberships. A la carte prices include open-play after class!

Sign up for Session 1 and 2 for $80, all 3 sessions for $100 or drop-in for a class for $15! Please note: Each class must have a minimum of five participants. Otherwise, classes will be cancelled. Download an application form.
Art Exploration
Teacher: Kim Matthews
Come and enjoy the wondrous world of arts and crafts! Children will finger paint, color, glue, construct craft projects, engage in sensory art and discover where the world of color, texture and depth takes them. Each class session will offer a new and inspired activity to expand your child’s artistic abilities and ignite his or her imagination. Recommended for ages 3-7, but all ages are welcome.

Art Exploration

Swan Lake has nothing on us! Motion, grace and technique are just a few of the benefits this classical ballet workshop has to offer. Learn the basics of this dance form in a fun, carefree and supportive environment. Recommended for girls and boys ages 3 and up, but all are welcome.

Peanut Buddy & Jams creates an interactive live music experience for kids and parents, designed to inspire self-expression and a passion for music in young children and babies. Music types range from jazz and rock n' roll influence to family sing-a-longs and ballads. Recommended for all ages.

Ha So! Channel your inner Bruce Lee, spark internal mastery and physical discipline as you learn the fundamentals of Karate. It is such fun your children won’t know it’s good for them! This course is designed to instill good exercise habits that benefit kids for a lifetime. Your kids will get moving through a martial art form that promotes focus, confidence and physical strength. Recommended for ages 4-7, but all ages are welcome.

Encourage your child’s creativity and make a book to take home and enjoy long after class. Recommended for all ages.

Room2Play offers a variety of seasonal camps where children can enjoy snacks, games, crafts, stories, or homework time in a safe, well-supervised environment.
Our camps include Spring, Summer, Winter, School Holiday, and After-School camp. Each camp is unique and designed to encourage learning and play through engaging activities and memorable experiences. Enrollments are limited, so make plans to join us soon!
Our on-going speaker series offers opportunities for Room2Play parents to learn from local experts about parent and child well-being, health, and education (to name a few!).
